Another great tool!

I have been in Real Estate long enough to appreciate all the great tools that are available to us Realtors thanks to the internet. When I started in Real Estate we had MLS (Multipe listing) books that came out once a month. Each property had one black and white picture and very limtied info about the property.
15 years later and this is how I can 'show' a new listings to the whole world within a few minutes:

What is selling right now

If you have been following my blog for a while and check what is selling and going under contract, you already know that properties are moving! The Real Estate market has picked up tremendously over the past couple of months and if you are in the market to buy this is the time to get serious about it. There are still many great deals out there and sellers are aware that this is a buyers market; but the great deals are going .... rather quickly.

What I would buy if I could.

If you have been following my blog you know that my featured best deals usually go under contract rather quickly (I think that's a pretty good indicator that the properties indeed were good deals). "What would you buy if you were in the market?"
