Condos that permit weekly rentals
I have quite a few customers doing 1031 exchanges lately and they are looking for condos that permit weekly rentals.
In the Upper Keys there are no single family homes permitted to do weekly rentals (except on ONE street in Key Largo)
While weekly rentals certainly generate higher rental income through the year than a more restricted rental policy property, please be aware that lenders require at least 20% down on weekly rental properties and 30% down on daily rental properties (Ocean Pointe, Anglers Reef and Mariner's Club).
These are all units that permit weekly rentals currently on the market:
