Condos/townhomes that allow weekly or even daily rentals in Key Largo

I get a lot of requests for properties that allow short term rentals. Most complexes have a 28 day minimum requirement and it is strictly enforced by the county. Weekly rentals do very well because there are so few of them. Once you purchased a unit you still have to apply for a weekly vacation rental license.

There are townhomes and condos in Moon Bay, boat slips are deeded. Not all units have a slip but you can either purchase from an owner when available or rent one.

Kawama Yacht Club does not have a marina, there is a marine on site but it's not part of Kawama. However one can rent or purchase a slip in the marina.


Mariner's Club: Click here Mariner's even allows daily rentals.
There is a marina that belongs to Mariners but the slips are owned on a 99 year lease and can also be rented. Most units do not come with a slip.

Ocean Pointe: Click here
Ocean Pointe has an on site rental program but you do not have to use them. You are even permitted to do daily rentals There is a marina. Slips are reserved for the length of your stay, owners are given preference.
