Houses with dockage for large boats

You cannot only consider the length of the dock when figuring out if your boat will be ok at a certain property. It is equally important that the control depth is deep enough for your boat. If your boat is larger than 35' you will probably need at leat 4' to 5' feet, If you have a sailboat or very large boat you may need something deeper than 6' control depth.

There are two neighborhood in the Upper Keys that have very deep 100' wide canals.
That's Venetian Shores in Islamorada and Port Largo in Key Largo
