As the prices of canal front homes are going up, I believe there will be a surge in condo sales with water access in the near future.

Did you know that the insurance is included in the association dues? (Except at Kawama and Tamarind Bay Club).
Some condos have assigned boat slips others deeded some have trailer parking etc. There are many things to consider when purchasing a condo. Let me help you if you are in the market.
