Condos are selling

There are no more canal front houses under 500K, even under 600K is hard to find, so the condos are seeing a lot of a activity now.
Many complexes have marinas and several other amenities. Therefor condos make good rental properties. There are rental restrictions with certain properties. I'll make sure you know what they are and how that affects the rent-ability of them. Keep in mind that association fees include insurance.
