This is the best buy condo wise in the Keys in my opinion. Harbor 92 offers an assigned boat slip for each unit and the condo fees are $1,145.00 per month, this includes building insurance, sewer, all maintenance. There is a pool overlooking the bay and barbecue area with beautiful seating. You may not rent the unit out for the first two years but this results in a non transient feel which makes it even more desirable.
